Q. When will we need to drop-off/pickup services bikes from the new location?
A. All bike services will need to be dropped-off and picked-up from Kensington from Tuesday 5 October (today).

Q. If I have a bike in service, what will happen to it?
A. It will be serviced as per your booking schedule, and when ready will need to be picked up from Kensington. We will be in contact to confirm this for any bikes already in for service.

Q. Is there parking available at the new store?
A. There is ample 2 hour secure and free underground retail car parking available at our store (accessed from Goodwood St opposed the 711 service station). There is also ample short-term street parking.

Q. Will you continue to operate the service pick up and drop off valet?
A. The MC Valet will continue to operate as normal, including benefits for MC Velo members.

Q. Will you be extending servicing to e-bikes?
A. The workshop has been fitted with a stand appropriate for e-bike servicing and we’ll also have more e-bikes coming into our retail sales and hire /demo ranges.
