This ride is open to all women of all abilities and is 100% no-drop – we will stop and regroup at the top of any climbs and roll as one bunch. All you will need is a geared road bike, some enthusiasm and preferably some base bunch riding experience.

06:00 Meetup and safety briefing at Centennial Park Horse Gates. Rolling at 06:15.

The route will be 2-3 laps of Centennial Park in a rolling format to meet everyone, followed by a ride out to La Perouse. Coffee will be served at MC Clubhouse following the ride at about 07:30.

Ride will be ~40km all up with an average rolling pace ~25kmph.

The ride will be led by Sally Wood, MC-sponsored Kona IronMan athlete and friends.
